OK I got this theory: You know how you can't use the Taros Sword, obviously because it is too big (Taros has it - duh). If you press the config code in and control him have him drop it and you can pick it up in deals... but *sniff* it's too big to use.
But when you get transported to Desktop Kingdom you shrink but so does everything else. So if the game had the capability to drop something, leave, and come back, search the area and find the item, in theory you might be able to use the Taros sword by dropping it near where you find the running ring. Or if I have my scale off at least have it be dagger size. Theres my theory. Hope ya like it.
