Part 1: Of Granseal and Galam
Chapter 1: Beginnings of a Legend
It all started at the Anceint Shrine where Slade and his two
henchmen are about to take two legendary jewels.
"Wait here," Slade said to his two henchmen. "A dead end..." Slade
tries the other side. "Ah! A secret stairway!" Slade walked to his
henchmen and told them to follow him.
"This must be it," Slade said. Slade opened the chest. "Power
water? I don't want this!" Slade discarded the power water. "Slade!
Slade! Something is shining over there!" one of the henchmen called "At
last! The jewels! Slade said. "Well? Start pulling!" Slade demanded. The
first henchman started pulling. "It won't budge!" said the first
henchman. "You wimp! let me try!" the second henchman demanded. "It's
stuck!" the other henchman said. "You weaklings! I'll do it!" Slade
said. "It won't move! Let me try this!" Slade pulled both jewels at the
same time. Slade got the jewels and rushed out of the shrine with his
henchmen.
At the castle of Granseal...
Is it time to go to the Ancient Tower?" asked a soldier. " Yes.
Be careful, it's quite a storm," said the king. The soldier rushed out
of the room towards the Ancient Tower.
A gust of wind blew out all the candles. "Someone bring a candle
to the king's chambers!" the king demanded. "I'll see about getting a
few candles lit," the minister said. The minister rushed out of the
room.
"King! The doors are opened!" said the soldier while running down
the stairs and into the king's chambers. "The Tower? Impossible! Go back
and check to make sure!" the king demanded. The soldier started walking
back to the Ancient Tower.
At my house...
I was sleeping soundly until that large bolt of lightning hit. I
heard my mother calling. "Bowie! Bowie!" I ignored her and went back to
sleep. I then had a nightmare. I dreamt the entire island being
destroyed.

Chapter 2: Bowie's First Battle
When morning came, I awoke. I got ready and walked downstairs. I was
surprise when my mother said I was up early this morning. "Bowie! Sir
Astral has not been too happy about all these late timings," mother said
as I walked out the door. "Bowie! Good luck at school!" she called.
I arrived at school. Sarah and Chester were there. Sarah wants to be
a vicar. I think it is stupid for her to be a vicar, but I feel in time
it will be a great thing. Right now she is a priest. As for Chester, he
is destined to become a paladin. I don't really blame him because he's
stuck as a horseman. Now he's a knight who can kick some serious tail.
"Bowie! I think you should talk to Astral. He's been acting strange
today. He is in the basement," Sarah said.
I walked down to the basement, and when I reached the bottom Astral
said "What? Is it? No it's not a..." I walked to him and he said "Oh,
morning Bowie. Is it time to start school? I'll be up soon." I searched
his vase and found a medical herb, which I put in my pouch. I then
walked back upstairs, but before I took the first step up Astral asked
"By the way, have you felt any omens?" I said no and continued up.
When I took my place next to Chester Astral came up. "I can't wait
for Jaha. Now where did I leave off yesterday?" Astral asked. A soldier
suddenly rushed in a split- second after Astral said that.
"Sir Astral! The king has fallen and is in great pain!" the soldier
said. "The King? I'm coming!" Astral replied.
When Astral left Sarah talked about getting into the castle. Sarah,
Chester, and I walked to the castle.
"Halt! Where are you going?" one of the gaurds asked. "Sir Astral
left a package behind and we want to deliver it to him," Sarah said. "I
guess it's all right. Be good while in the castle," the gaurd said while
moving to let us through.
We found the King's bedroom where Astral, Elis, Granseal, and the
minister were. "Are you OK father?" Princess Elis asked. "Mmmmm hmmmm,"
the king replied. Astral caught me and asked me why I was here. "We just
followed you," said Chester. "You must have a special reason for these
kids being here Astral," the minister said. "I didn't mean... I called
them here to investigate the tower," Astral said. "Follow me kids."
When we got to the Ancient Tower Astral told me to wait while he
checked for any creatures in the tower. I explored and found a cool-
looking rock whick I put in my pouch. "It is safe!" Astral called. We
walked into the tower.
"Strange tower," Astral said. Astral stumbled upon a mark he thinks
he's seen before and something appeared. "A gizmo! He's here to take the
King's body!" Sir Astral said. I saw six more sprouted out and Astral
was stunned.
It was time for me to take action. Chester and I charged into one.
Chester's stick pushed it back and my sword finished it. I then saw
blood on the floor. Chester's left leg was bleeding. Sarah jumped out
and cast Heal . We killed three more with Sarah healing us.
Suddenly one hit Sarah. I was surprised to see Sarah whacking it to
death with her cane. It took me off gaurd and I was almost hit, but
Chester saved me. I finished off the last gizmo with a slice of my
wooden sword.
We surrounded the gizmo left alive when Astral came back to his
senses. "What should I do with this one?" Astral asked. The last gizmo
disappeared and reappeared at the tower's enterance. It then rushed out.
"Hurry Bowie! It's after the King!"Astral said. Astral and I ran
after, but I fell behind.

Chapter 3: To Yeel
I finally caught up with Astral and the gizmo. Astral was about to
cast a spell, but he saw me and told me to stand back. Astral cast a
spell and the gizmo came out of the King's body. "You will never catch
me!" the gizmo taunted as he flew off.
"King Granseal! We must kill the gizmo before it finds another
victom." Astral said, collapsing to the ground.
Later... "OK, soldiers, the mission is to seek the gizmo and kill
it before it posesses someone else, the minister explained. "Any
questions?" The soldiers marched out of Granseal after the minister gave
the order.
The king came down the stairs and asked," Have the soldiers left
yet?" "Yes, just a minute ago," replied the minister. "Sir Astral said
someone must see Hawel for notes on Ground Seal," said the king. "I have
an idea! We can send Bowie!" the minister said, "Bowie, will you go see
Hawel as the king wishes?"
"Yes, I will," Bowie replies. Bowie, Sarah, and Chester march to
the gate of Granseal, when Jaha asked if he could go to Hawel with
Bowie. Before we left we walked into the shop and bought some supplies
for the trip.
On the way to Yeel we met up with oozes and rats. Chester ran up and
threw his spear at an ooze. The ooze slid up and attacked Chester. Sarah
came up and cast HEAL . I took my sword and cut the ooze in two,
ending its life. A rat ran up to me, ready to attack, but Jaha swung his
axe at it, forcing Jaha to be attacked. Jaha blocked and Sarah whacked
the rat with her stick. Chester and I finished the rat by sandwiching it
with our weapons. The last rat and the three oozes surrounded us. I took
the rat. The rat attacked me, but I got a counter-attack. I took my
sword and stabbed it in the heart, which defeated it. Jaha took his ooze
down in three hits, but he suffered severely. Chester threw his spear at
one, which killed the ooze. He picked up his spear and all four of us
charged and severely injured the ooze, which retreated.
We walked into Yeel, only stopping at the church to regain our
strength.

Chapter 4: Hawel
When me and my party walked out of the church, a strange man with a leather cloak on walked up to me.
"My name is Kazin. Are you seeking my master?"
Bowie answered, "Yes."
"I'll be your guide. It may be a little dangerous on the way, so ready your weapons."
My party, leaded by Kazin, walked outside town. When they left town through the north exit, monsters attacked them. An ooze attacked Kazin,
but before it hit, Jaha chopped it in two. The ooze fell to ground, where rabbits fed on it.
I snuck behind a rat, slicing it. It wasn't quite dead, but once Chester's spear got jammed in it's eye, it fell.
A bat bit Sarah in the back. Sarah fell to the ground, asleep. Jaha attacked the bat, but missed. Chester's spear stuck into the bat's wing,
taking it's mind off of me. I leapt into the air and kicked the bat to the ground, killing it. Sarah then awoke and healed herself.
A group of three ooze blobs stood in front of the four. Sarah leapt up, but a few drops of ooze threw her back. Jaha gave her a medical herb
and got ready to attack. Chester threw his spear at one of the ooze blobs, killing it. My sword cut the left blob in two, killing it. Jaha then leapt, ready to attack. The ooze threw a bit of ooze at him, but he blocked withhis axe. He threw the axe at the ooze, killing it. He picked up his axe andthe force surrounded a rat.
The rat attacked me, throwing me into a tree. Sarah casted Heal on me. My wound healed up and I felt as good as new. Chester threw his spear and Jaha attacked with his axe. The rat fell in pain, still alive.
Me and my force let it go.
"That house over there is Hwel's house. Let's go!" Kazin said.
When my force arrived, Kazin knocked on the door.
"Strange. Hawel's supposed to be home now. We'll just have to walk in," Kazin said.
Kazin stole a key from his pocket and opened the door. Hawel was on the floor, bleeding, and a Galam Soldier was beating on him.
"Hawel! What have you done to him you... you... you..." Kazin yelled with anger in his voice. "Wait!"
The soldier left out the back exit. Kazin ran to Hawel.
"Hawel! Why did they attack you?"
"Kazin (cough, cough), they want to (cough, cough) open a portal (cough) holding a great (cough, cough) evil!"
"This is Bowie. He needs to know the history of Granseal."
"(cough, cough) One of these (cough, cough) books should..."
"Don't talk so much. You'll die if you do!"
"I'm almost dead any(cough)ways. Get (cough, cough) two jewels and (cough) and reseal (cough, cough)..."
Hawel died.
"Hawel! Hawel! NOOOO!!!!!! Bowie, isn't Hawel's last wish tied into your mission?"
"Yes."
"Then, let's forfil his last wish. Onward!"
